IGES Group continues internationalisation and joins the athagoras Group
The IGES Group joined the athagoras Group in March 2025 in order to drive forward internationalisation and expertise in the healthcare sector in a consistent and future-oriented manner.
Berlin, 20. March 2025 (IGES Institute) – The companies in the IGES Group have been working on issues relating to health, mobility, education and housing for their clients since 1980. Their clients include the public sector, funding providers and the industrial healthcare sector.
The IGES Group has experienced strong growth in recent years and is now represented by its own companies in six member countries of the European Union and in the UK. Through internationalisation, cooperation and the development of AI-supported tools, the Group creates added value for its clients because it boasts in-depth knowledge of the European healthcare and reimbursement systems. The IGES Group joined the athagoras Group in March 2025 in order to drive forward internationalisation and expertise in the healthcare sector in a consistent and future-oriented manner.
The businesses of IGES Mobility and FUB IGES Wohnen, Immobilien, Umwelt, which had also been part of the IGES Group up to now, will continue to operate under the same name outside the athagoras Group.

I am delighted that we have been able to secure Bertram Häussler for this integration. In his capacity as Chairman of the unchanged Management Board, he will head up the IGES companies as part of the athagoras Group”.
